Summary: The Rentals Coordinator will work closely with the Owner, Store Manger and Social Media Manager to oversee and execute Rental Operations. The Rentals Coordinator position is a combination of remote, on-site and on-location responsibilities.
Job Description: The Rentals Coordinator oversees Rental Operations at Sustain LA. They are responsible for managing client relations, inventory maintenance, lead generations and vendor networking, maintaining online portal, order fulfillment, washing and restocking protocols and deliveries using company van. The Rentals Coordinator is responsible for seeing each rental order through from initial inquiry to return and restock and ensuring a stellar client relations. This is a very unique, hands-on position with autonomy to grow and develop the program, position and support team. The Rentals Coordinator position is a flexible hybrid of remote and on-site responsibilities in addition to on-location deliveries. The Rentals Coordinator must have strong communication, coordination and organizational skills, as well as possess strong attention to detail.
