How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants enter the Sweepstakes in any of the following ways:

1.      In-Store Entry (Free): Visit the store during the Promotion Period and complete the entry slip provided at checkout. Limit one (1) free in-store entry per person per day.

2.      Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase or Visit Required: To enter without visiting or making a purchase, participants may complete the online form at [https://form.jotform.com/SustainLA/amoe-jack-johnson-ticket-giveaway] OR mail a 3"×5" card with name, phone number, and email address to: Sustain LA, 5214 Monte Vista St, Los Angeles, CA 90042. Each AMOE submission counts as one (1) standard entry. AMOE entries must be received by July 24, 2026.

All entries will be combined into a single drawing. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
